Cancellation Policy
To ensure every guest receives our full time and attention:
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
Arrivals 15 minutes past your scheduled start time will incur a $25 late fee and may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. Your deposit will be forfeited and applied toward this fee.
Our studio is a calm, intimate space thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing additional visitors or children who are not receiving a service. This allows us to maintain a peaceful environment and ensure your experience remains uninterrupted and fully centered on you.
